The health and safety of our clients is our top priority.
I would like to reassure you that we are taking all precautions advised by WHO and the CDC to maintain a clean environment in the studio so that our littlest clients and their families are protected and safe.
Here are the health and safety measures that are currently in place at the studio.
Before each session we regularly monitor our temperature. We ask that clients also check their temperature before coming to the studio. Disposable gloves and masks are kept on hand at the studio and we will be wearing a mask for the session.
We wash our hands thoroughly before, during and after each session. Hand sanitizer is also kept out in the shooting area at all times. Please wash your hands for at least 30 seconds before leaving your house and again upon arriving at the studio.
Studio Cleaning Policy
After each session, the studio is deep cleaned. We sanitize every common surface before and after sessions. All surfaces are wiped with disinfectant wipes. Every backdrop, gown, wrap and prop used during the session is washed/sanitized.
At this time no outside props are allowed in the studio.
48 hours between sessions
Until further notice we will only be scheduling 2 sessions per week to ensure 48 hours between sessions for thorough sanitization and cleaning.
For the time being sessions will be limited to immediate family only.
no shoes in the studio
We ask that you please remove your shoes once inside the studio and leave them at the doorway.
In order to minimize exposure, for the foreseeable future we will not be holding in-person viewing and ordering appointments at the studio. We are developing an online option for you to place your order. Should you prefer a personal meeting with me to design artwork for your space, we will arrange a Zoom meeting.
Our studio has a strict no-sick policy.
Clients are required to disclose and reschedule the session if their child or anyone coming to the studio has had a fever or any other symptoms such as a cough, runny nose or vomiting in the last 48 hours. To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. There is no fee to reschedule.
